Bundle and Save! Keep in shape during this holiday season. 1. Honoring the Source: A mat class that honors the legacy of Joseph and Clara Pilates as well as BASI founder, Rael Isacowitz. This class is filled with reverence and gratitude for each person's unique journey in Pilates. A journey that comes full circle in the Honors Program. This 60 minute Day 1 mat class is an intermediate level. 2. Digging Deep Mat Class - The exercises may be familiar but the sequencing will challenge you to explore your mat practice by going deep. Join Rael and the Honors participants on the 2nd day of mat classes. While the level is intermediate to advanced, you will be able to go deep in this movement meditation. 3.Sunrise Sunday Mat Class: Join Rael as he teaches his first mat class since he ruptured his achilles tendon 2 months ago. It is filled with his energy, BASI Flow and some variations due to his injury. The class has a heartfelt introduction from Rael followed by 75 minutes of nonstop movement.
