My name is Debbie Matchett and I’m a PhysioTherapist and pilates teacher in Belfast in N Ireland. I trained with Body Control Pilates in London 19/20 years ago.
I have always loved Rael’s style of teaching and have attended a few of his workshops over the years.
One of the positive things that have out of this pandemic is the ability to do live classes with teachers on the other side of the world.
It’s been lovely to attend Rael’s classes.
So it’s really the combination of BASI and zoom that has made a difference for me.
