My name is Kerstin Boeder. I am 53 years old and have been a BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher since 2015. My Pilates journey began in the early 2000s with a Pilates mat education followed by an Allegro education in Germany. Already during the Allegro training, I noticed how the devices realigned and shaped my body. A great feeling!

In 2015 I wanted to deepen my training and knowledge with the Pilates equipment, so I came to Natascha Eyber in Munich and BASI Pilates. A great encounter that changed my whole training and feeling for Pilates. Today I would say, BASI Pilates is my life! I rediscover it every day and feel something new even after such a long time.

It gave me so much power and strength after a serious lung disease in 2016 and in September 2020 after a heart attack, my first training was PILATES.

In the meantime, I’m a total Pilates junkie, it’s the air I breathe. Thank you, BASI Pilates.
