CHERIE ADAME

Cherie is a certified Pilates comprehensive BASI graduate since 2009.  She added her Pre/Post Natal Pilates certification in 2011 and went through the Mentor, Master I & Master II program in 2016. Cherie majored in Dance at the University of California, Irvine and double minored in Education and Digital Art.  She toured professionally as a dancer, acrobat and aerialist performer.  While living in Japan, Cherie taught kids English through music and dance. Pilates is a platform that heals and connects us to our body, mind and a happy spirit.
