TARYN NOWELS

Taryn grew up in Huntington Beach, California, where she discovered the love of dance at an early age. After High School she went on to pursue a career in ballet, dancing professional for 10 years. Her career took her to Salt Lake City, Utah, Portland, Oregon and Canada. She has performed on many international stages including venues across Canada, Europe and South Korea. While being a full time Artist with Alberta Ballet in Calgary, Alberta, Taryn received her Personal Training Certification through The National Academy of Sports Medicine and has received a certification in Progressing Ballet Technique.

Taryn discovered her love for Pilates at the age of 10. She claims that is one of the major reasons she never had an injury during her ballet career. Now as a Certified BASI Pilates instructor she hopes to share her love of Pilates with her clients!
