Recorded Workshop: Setup for Success Part 1

In "PART 1" of this workshop, we will focus on "The Setup!" Special attention to the correct placement of the body in the initiation of each exercise guarantees proper execution and a successful outcome for each exercise. This workshop will review the setup for all the Reformer exercises taught in the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Program.
