Mat Class: Power Of One

We Are One! There is no better way to bring our global community together than sharing our joy for movement, and moving as one. This will be 75 minutes of celebration and will conclude our BASI LFTL 2024! A BASI mat session is epitomized by athleticism, flow, challenge, and high energy. This class will be a general level mat class so that people of all experience backgrounds can take part and enjoy it. Whether you will be attending in person or online, I am confident that it will be fun and exhilarating. Remember, keep moving, even if you cannot do a movement, do a simple exercise in its place, but keep moving! This is offered virtually. Links will be sent out no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the mat class.
