Client of the Month: Win Rhodes

We have some of the most amazing clients at BASI Academy & Studio! Each month we’ll be spotlighting one special client as our Client of the Month. This month we’re featuring long-time BASI Academy & Studio client, Win Rhodes. Win has been a client and dear friend of Rael’s since the early 1990s. She has worked with Rael and several of the BASI Pilates teachers at the studio for years. Keep reading to learn more about Win.

RESIDES: Originally from Los Angeles, but currently lives in Corona Del Mar

OCCUPATION: Retired Homemaker

YEARS AT BASI: Since the early 1990s.

FAVORITE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT: Wunda Chair

HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT BASI: “I used to go to a gym somewhere over here and one of the gals there mentioned Pilates and I was curious, and so I went. It was 17th Street studio.”

HOW HAS PILATES HELPED YOU SINCE YOU STARTED: “I am younger and healthier than my contemporaries by far.”

ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS: “I think that stretching is the greatest thing you can do for your body’s well-being.”
