Recap: The F2 System Workshop at BASI HQ

Last month Rael Isacowitz taught a very special 2-day workshop on the F2 System to over 30 participants who traveled the globe to spend the weekend at BASI HQ. The F2 System is a revolutionary upgrade to the traditional Pilates apparatus that adds a handle and spring attachment to various points on the equipment. This allows for an infinite number of new repertoire to be created, or adds variations to existing exercises.
